Well friends, it was a long 2022 and we are looking forward to 2023! 

 

Thank you for your constant love, support, cards, emails, calls and texts over the last year during CC's cancer treatment! We are overjoyed to report that our smiling "BadASS" is gratefully CANCER FREE after radiation, chemo, and two surgeries; and she's sporting a new short and sassy semicolon to prove it! We are also taking this opportunity to remind everyone how important regular medical checkups (especially colonoscopies & mammograms) are, and wishing everyone a happy & healthy 2023! 

 

For us, 2023 will be a year of self-discovery and transition into a new way of being. Our journey continues! Wish us luck! 😂 

 

While we did officially retire last year, we still have some side hustles going with social media, and of course our podcast! "CCnDoc Talk", is now in its second season and it remains unapologetically eclectic, uncensored and unscripted! 

 

CC also started a new Colorectal-Cancer themed blog called “My BadASS Life” at mybadasslife.medium.com. Here is the elevator speech:

 

“Welcome to My BadASS Life! 💪 Boldy oversharing on life before, during & after stage 3b Rectal Cancer, life with a semicolon, spirituality, food,  & 💩! My mission: To support the Colorectal Cancer community, educate about CRC, & encourage you to get screened! ASK ME ANYTHING! 💙”

 

We also created a new fun CCnDoc Store (at Tee Public) with new designs popping up all the time. Pick up a T-shirt, hoodie, mug, or tote and show off your vibe. We have something for everyone so thank for your support. We use profits to pay for our podcast production, social media efforts and healthcare costs (including CC's cancer surveillance) as well as annual donations to cancer-related charities.
